New Beginning...

I went down the bumpy road of life and turned on all wheel drive! However my car just didn't want to pull through. "hows that for an analogy."

Anyways, on to bigger and better things. The weekend that was suppose to be good turned to be even better! A day in Livermore winetasting was just what the doctor ordered!
Winery after winery...something different, something new helps ease the stress. Meeting new people, in new places, eating good food and drinking some good ass wine! Good friends and meeting some cool people too!

Surprisingly there is a lot to learn about wine and not just red and white. Taste, swirling, taste, etc. Beautiful weekend for being out of the house and just enjoying life! You shouldn't dwell on the past but instead focus on the future.

After a day at the winery's enjoying a birthday dinner with some good friends ended the evening and helped to sober the night before having a wonder nights rest!



The next day was pretty chill, lunch with a good friend, dog park, pet store and then to a place I have never been before old Niles District. The place where Hollywood was originally suppose to be! Charlie Chaplin made a bunch of silent films in Niles right up

 the street from where I live! Can you imagine?!? well it was like a freeze frame of a 1950's town.

Then as the day was winding down...I decided to fire up some chicken I had

 marinating in some Carne Asada marinade on the good old BBQ along with some Spanish Rice. Good food relaxing with an ice cold Corona. Then of course the call from a friend in need. And Raj to the rescue. Sometimes I am the best friend. You really wonder how people think and end up in weird situations...but its always nice when you can have someone who you can call on for help. So there i was but it ended to be a nice night. a jungle gym at night with the moon in the sky...

and, i still have one more day of my 3-day weekend left! Life is good...and lets hope it only gets better!
